- The “Kismat Ka Panther Lucky Draw” is organized by Jindal Steel Limited under its brand Jindal Panther TMT Rebars. This Scheme is valid from 1st October 2025 to 31st December 2025. The scheme date may be extended or changed at the discretion of the Management.
- The Scheme applies only to registered dealers in the Samman program under Jindal Panther TMT Rebars.
- How to Participate:
- Upload purchase invoices from authorized Jindal Panther TMT Rebars distributors on the Samman App during the scheme period: 1st October to 31st December 2025.
- Upon verification and approval, a ticket will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Each valid invoice qualifies as one entry into the Lucky Draw.
- The scheme is valid on the invoices uploaded for October, November, and December 2025, while the lucky draw will be held in January 2026 (after all the uploaded invoices are validated).
- Winners will be selected through a random computerised draw conducted after the scheme period. Rewards will include an automobile voucher worth 7lakh, an Android phone, Hair dryer, a Watch, and a Luggage bag item, as decided by the Company and might change at the sole discretion of the company.
- You can view the live lucky draw on the selected date, which will be communicated to you in advance.
- Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Winners will be notified on their registered mobile number or through the Samman App. Also, you can view the details on the Jindal Panther website.
- The Rewards will be dispatched to your Samman-registered address within 21 working days from the date of the winner’s declaration, post KYC validation.
- Participants may be required to produce original invoices or proof of purchase for verification. The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of entries before confirming a winner.
- Any discrepancy, fraud, or invalid entry will lead to disqualification without prior notice.
- The decision of Jindal Panther regarding verification shall be final and binding.
- Any expenses, taxes, etc., if applicable, shall be borne by the member.
- By participating in the scheme, the dealers have and are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of the scheme.
- By participating, entrants agree that Jindal Panther TMT Rebars may use their name, photography, and participation details for promotional or marketing purposes without any additional consent or compensation.
- Jindal Panther will not be responsible in case any of the terms of the scheme are misunderstood or misconstrued by the dealer.
- In no event shall Jindal Panther be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damage arising out of or in connection with the scheme.
